I thought I would begin to share my daily workouts and meals to keep me honest and dedicate to my personal goal of losing 10-15 lbs.
Today is the start of my 30 day challenge of going to the gym every day and burning at least 300 calories/ day. Of course I didn’t get up when I wanted to so I had limited time to work out, 30 minutes.
Today I decided on the elliptical… 30 minutes on the elliptical and I burned 338 calories! That works for me!
After my cardio work out, I came home and immediately had an 8 oz. protein shake and scrambled eggs topped with salsa. A great start to my day!<
